• How many areas and points should be included
• How many forecast parameters
• How many forecast pages
• Should only fixed forecast pages be available or should you be able to define your own pages
• Should only forecast/hindcast be available or both
• Should 24 hour phone service be included
• Should special detailed models/forecasts be made
